"Wyoming’s first-ever state health assessment (SHA) was a collaborative process involving many partners and stakeholders. A SHA is a roadmap for health departments and their partners to identify important health-related issues. It will also inform health improvement planning. It is our hope that the data and insights presented in the SHA will provide a better understanding of the health issues impacting Wyomingites."
