For misspelling her name. And not adequately acknowledging her contributions to Jackson and surrounding environs. And for not making a better toast to her tenacity and to the tenacity of all the founding mothers and sisters and women of Wyoming this week at the Toast to Tenacity.
With apologies to Phronia Louise Gay Jones Baux, we wanted to include her obituary from 2007 in this space and encourage you to make a donation to the JH Historical Society in her name (as requested in Phronia's obit) in support of their proposed move to the Genevieve block.
Happy reading!
